If you plan on moving your lease requires 90 Days Notice to Vacate. If giving less than a 90 Days Notice, The cost of paying for rent for the next 90 days can be avoided if you clean up your place, advertise it, allow it to be shown and help us find a new tenant to take over the home. Your obligation to pay rent ends when a new tenant takes over the home. When you vacate we will videotape the condition of the home and post it on our youtube page. It will be searchable by last name. You can use its condition as proof you were a good tenant when you apply for your next home.
